Unfortunately, personal problems and character issues also manifest themselves in the workplace. We are all human, and we bring our human frailties and issues to work with us.

Our two-hour Exceptional Conflict Management Skills course will equip you to quickly and constructively address conflict problems within your team. The presence of conflict is not what causes problems; rather, it is how the conflict is addressed that can create disruptions in work flow, communication break downs, and stressed relationships. Our professional management training instructors will lead you through an intensive, hands on program that will equip you to manage conflict wisely and responsibly, in a way that can actually strengthen trust and cooperation within the team.

Participants will learn to:

  • Ways to recognize and understand the four main sources of conflict.
  • How to identify the five main strategies that most people use to deal with conflict and guide team members toward the strategy that is most effective.
  • How to practice a collaborative conflict resolution model that will not only resolve the conflict but also build a foundation for stronger communication and cooperation going forward.
