To ensure continuity from earlier versions of series standards;
Organizations that are useful in assessing the impact customer satisfaction and improve their sustainability performance.
Implementing a comprehensive management system becomes a blank check to assess an organization, a passport to obtain performance benefits but also infinitely greater than the costs of the system, a guarantee of satisfaction of clients with the essential requirements, a step towards ensuring competitiveness.
