Management based structures, IT sectors, organizations with a tagline of business, all such formations have a separate concentration for knowledge management now, as it's importance and flow keeps increasing as each year passes by. Knowledge management goes hand in hand with learning process in an organizational structure, which is mostly thought to substitute the latter.
